Unlike many plan services, we work directly with home owners and builder/contractors to provide additional design and drafting services. These additional services are provided at an hourly rate. Please contact us for an estimate.
Plan changes are considered an additional service. Contact us to discuss the feasibility of desired changes. Common changes are:
Eliminating or adding a basement
Changing exterior elevations and materials
Changing garage size and orientation
Enlarging or reducing room sizes
